That wonderful chill is in the air and we can all sense snow is around the corner. To help families get ready for the upcoming ski season, the volunteer coaches are proposing an afternoon meet and greet potluck on Oct 20th, from 11:30 - 1:30 (at the Stake Lake Overlander Ski Lodge). This potluck lunch is for parents and children of all ages, including first time ski bunnies right up to seasoned racers. We are here to make sure your ski season starts off smoothly. Activities will include:

a parent information session with ski and pole fitting,

activities for the kids,

access to coaches for any questions you may have,

a potluck lunch as well as a hot dog fundraiser (for our older racers) and of course

the KIDs GEAR ONLY informal ski swap.

So bring your appetite, a little something to share, questions and any children's gear that you may want to test or swap.

We hope to see you next Saturday!
