Trail clean up in prep for another amazing winter of skiing!   We are looking for folks to walk trails and clean up debris, rocks, sticks and trim willows and alders back with pruners.    The fall trail clean up goes a long way to getting us out on the trails early once winter arrives.   With vegetation cut back and rocks and sticks removed the grooming crew are able to get out and pack trails once the snow starts to fly.   Please contact Lisa Palechuk for more details on fall trail cleaning.   [email protected]     alternatively you can txt her at 250-819-7034

CHIX ON STIX!!!! (idea stolen from the Whiskey Jack ski club)
For the ladies! We are organizing a ladies ski group, Chix on Stix, this winter. Chix on Stix will meet every Tuesday evening at 6:30 and go for a ladies only guided night ski. Groups will divide into skate ski and classic ski, beginners and experienced levels, so there's something for everyone! There is no registration or fee for this group although you will have to purchase a season pass or day pass to join us on the trails. We will be starting the group up once we have some snow and the trails are open. Stay tuned for more info on our first ski!
